Lifetime Social Membership is available to applicants 18 years of age and older and entitles the member, spouse and children (23 years of age & under) to full use of the dining, swimming, fitness and tennis facilities, special events and children’s activities
Initiation Fee: WAIVED
Monthly Requirement: $125.00/month - Includes all of the above privileges; House accounts and dues are billed at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s activity and shall be due in full on or before the 15th day of each month.
Food & Beverage Minimum: $1,500.00* annually (Dual or Family) / $900.00* annually (Single) - Food & Beverage minimum billed in three equal installments for the first three months of membership. Members may use up pre-paid minimum at their leisure. 2014 minimums will revert to regular Club billing schedule of February, March & April.
Annual Assessments: Zero Assessments
Miscellaneous: Pool Guest Fee $3.00/weekday $6.00/weekends & holidays
Annual Fee: $300.00 Club Maintenance Fee |
